When registering as a team or sponsor, please add additional names as guests for any and all attendees according to registration details shown below:

  • Ticket Prices:
    • Golfer Ticket: $75 (Includes: Admission for one golfer, dinner, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and two alcoholic drink tickets)
    • Spectator Ticket: $45 (Includes: Non-golfing spectator access, dinner, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and two alcoholic drink tickets)
    • 6 Person Team: $450 (Includes: Admission for six golfers, dinner, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and two alcoholic drink tickets (per golfer))

  • Sponsorship Levels/Benefits:
    • Gold Sponsor
      • $2,500
      • Six golfer entries to be used at desired Ohio location ● company name on one bay and banner at each Ohio location ● exposure on website, social media and email reaching 3,000+ individuals
    • Silver Sponsor
      • $1,500
      • Three golfer entries to be used at desired Ohio location ● company name on bay, bar, and buffet at each Ohio location ● exposure on website, social media and email reaching 3,000+ individuals 
    • Bay Sponsor (Bay sponsor will be by location; If a bay sponsor wants to display their logo at all 3 Ohio locations, please select the sponsorship below accordingly.)
